Returns & Exchanges

We want you to love your Kikkerland products, but if you are not completely satisfied, we accept returns of unused items in their original packaging within 30 days of delivery. Please note that shipping fees are non-refundable and certain sale items may be final sale.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Return

  Visit our online return portal with your order number and zip code to select the items you wish to send back.

• 2.
  Pack Your Items

  Carefully place the items in their original product packaging and include a copy of your packing slip inside the box.

• 3.
  Attach Shipping Label

  Print the prepaid shipping label provided through our portal and securely affix it to the outside of your package.

• 4.
  Receive Your Refund

  Once our warehouse inspects the returned goods, we will issue a refund to your original payment method within 7-10 business days.
